More evidence hidden

The mother of a young girl, killed 3 years ago, filed charges of negligence against government officials in the investigation into her daughter's death. Officials presented her with what they claimed to be the body of her daughter but had a DNA test result that was negative. This test was kept secret until a few days ago.   Mrs. Maria Elena Caldera de Chavez, stated that when her daughter Maria Elena Chave Caldera disappeared, she was 15 years old and was a domestic worker.  
She explained that because of the doubt that now exists about the identity of the body buried, she is asking the Attorney General, Patricia Gonzalez Rodriguez for an exhumation of the body to establish the true identity of the body buried in her daughter's grave.  

Charged in this latest case of negligence are ex-officials Suly Ponce Prieto, Mayte Espinoza Martinez, Aetrue Gonzalez Rascon, Angela Talavera Lozoya, Manuel Esparza Navarrete, and Zulema Bolivar. Also linked are ex-officials Ricard Vazques Santiesteban, Luis Antiono Morales and any others who may be responsible. (NOTE: These are all former special prosecutors, Attorney General or other state officials).

Juárez.- La madre de una joven asesinada hace cinco años, denunció con la asesoría de un grupo de abogados la negligencia con que se investigó el crimen toda vez que les fue entregado el cadáver,sin embargo una prueba del ADN resultó negativa pero se mantuvo en secreto hasta hace unos días. La señora Maria Elena Caldera de Chávez, manifestó que cuando su hija Maria Elena Chávez Caldera desapareció, tenía 15 años de edad y trabajaba como empleada doméstica. Explicó que ante la duda que existe de que los restos que le fueron entregados sean los de su hija, está solicitando ante la Procuradora de Justicia, Patricia González Rodríguez, se haga una exhumación a fin de establecer la verdadera identidad.

La denuncia por este nuevo caso de negligencia, involucra a exfuncionarios como Suly Ponce Prieto, Mayté Espinoza Martínez, Aeturo González Rascón, Angela Talavera Lozoya, Manuel Esparza Navarrete, Zulema Bolívar. Asimismo se vincula a exunfuncionarios como Ricardo Vázquez Santiesteban, Luis Antonio Morales y a quien resulte responsable.
